Best way to sell a car. I wanted to sell privately and didn't want to take a risk to give car to random person for test drive and take risk. At U Sell, Norman explained me the process and it took 1 hr to sign on board. Potential buyers have their licence checked and also he can organise finance. I moved overseas, both my cars were sold by U Sell as I was overseas. I felt my cars were safe in good hands and offers from buyers were transparent. To be honest, Norman's recommendations on asking were correct for both cars. I had received lower offers but via U Sell, I got better price. |

We were a little bit unsure about the Hydrid we wished to purchase for our daughter but U-Sell were very patient as we went through an AA check as well as a battery check. Nick from U-Sell Greenlane went above and beyond in his customer service. I had purchased a vehicle from the premises about two months ago, also purchasing a battery at the time. I had left the car off for six days and returned to a flat battery. The retailer refused the test results which showed a "bad battery", despite AA testing it and saying it needed to be replaced and called the battery "cheap". Nick understood what was needed and refunded the full amount I paid for the battery so that I could replace it locally (I am not in Auckland). He has saved me a heap of trouble and frustration after an unfortunate back-and-forth with the retailer. So, thank you Nick. |
